Hi, I’m Keiko. I work with women who have difficulty bringing their babies home. Feeling confused or discouraged with many complex changes that came with life with their baby. My goal is to help you find ways to feel healthy emotionally and improve day-to-day living just right for you and your family.
I’m no different from the clients I see. Like everyone else, I’m human. I’ve gone through both wonderful and difficult experiences that have shaped who I am and how I help.
My Journey To Becoming A Counselor
When I became a mother, I struggled with depression and anxiety and felt my life was out of control. With the help of my husband, I focused on working on bettering my life and start therapy. Therapy and the new perspective called Solution Focused approach turned my life for the better.
What I learned from my journey and from other parents is that experiencing depression and anxiety is not a sign of a “bad parent”.
With the support and effort to create changes, parents can bring the feeling of joy, peace, and confidence back again.

My life experiences lead me to become the postpartum mental health professional I am today.
I love witnessing people become healthier and more empowered. Achieving more fulfilling lives is key to feeling healthy.
